Leadership is the position and function of a leader. It is also the act of leading. Leadership is by example. Some leaders are born while some are made. Born leaders are those that naturally have the leadership characters in them.

They always found doing things & making things to go well anywhere. They are easily noticed among peers in Schools, Churches& other places. Some leaders developed the qualities after they have been trained for the position of leadership.These are the made leaders.

There are certain qualities which a leader must have. Some of these are:

• Spirit of “ I Can”
• Mentoring
• Truthfulness & Sincerity
• Tolerance
• Humility and so on.
